there is a base near/around n4-n3, you cant miss it, its huge. i was observing it from on top of dome under the railings when i saw someone walk out of the base, keep in mind i can only see like 3 moving pixels, and then they start shooting at me. i was able to escape. this seemed so susp that i wanted to report it. i dont have player names unfortunetly.
